Vince Pitelka - Chapel Hill, North Carolina

www.vincepitelka.com:  Vince is a lifelong Potter, Writer, and Teacher with an extensive background with all things clay.  His experience includes teaching at North Dakota State University and at Tennessee Tech University/Appalachian Center for Craft where he managed many kilns including electric frontloaders and toploaders, gas reduction kilns, and salt, soda, and wood kilns.  

Although retired from teaching, Vince is currently a member of the Chatham Artists Guild, Vince's website is a wealth of knowledge providing more detail of his background, documents/handouts, and a gallery of his work.

Ray Bogle - Huntingtown, Maryland

www.madewithclay.com :  Ray is an almost life long clay hobbiest mainly focused on exploring Alternative Firing Techniques and recently began exploring Crystalline Firing with some tutelage from Bill Schran.

Kanika Sircar - Washington DC

 www.kanikasircar.com:  Kanika makes sculptural stoneware forms, either slab built or thrown and altered. The surfaces are stained with slips, scribbled over with ceramic-pencils and layered with iron toner prints of texts, calligraphy or graffiti. She shows work in local galleries and in regional or national group exhibitions. Reviews: Washington Post and Mark Jenkins’ substack site (https://discerningeye.substack.com/); images often published in Ceramics Monthly.
